"¡Soy nueva en Chía y hace tiempo estaba buscando un buen ramen y este me dejo sin palabras no alcance a tomar una foto porque me lo tome muy rápido de lo sabroso que estaba, qué gran sabor, los huevos estaban muy bien marinados los fideos estaban perfectamente cocinados, el cerdo estaba en su punto, el caldo estaba magnífico, todos los complementos muy ricos y perfectamente pensados, todos los utensilios para comer estaban limpios, la atención espectacular, mi acompañante se pidió el ramen picante y le encanto! Los dos quedamos muy felices. Aparte de eso, comí la mejor milhoja que he probado en mi vida. Estaba fresca, no estaba, empalagosa, el balance estaba en su punto. Realmente el lugar es perfecto en todos los aspectos. Volveré con mi familia."

"Mao es de esos lugares que uno agradece encontrar. Comida asiática auténtica, sin poses, bien hecha y con carácter. Yo siempre vuelvo a tres platos: el chow mein de carne (sabroso, bien salteado, sin exceso), el ramen picante que despierta de verdad, y el curry, profundo y reconfortante. Además, las entradas son variadas y muy bien logradas, y la salsa de chile merece mención aparte. Las entradas son variadas y todas buenísimas, ideales para compartir y de postre: su milhoja es única. El servicio acompaña: atento, amable y eficiente, sin exagerar: uno se siente a gusto, como en casa. Y como si fuera poco, los martes hay sushi de calidad altísima, fresco y bien trabajado, que amplía la propuesta culinaria de Mao, un restaurante único que hace las cosas bien, y nunca defrauda."
